Realtime Journey is a service of Caption Colorado, the nation’s largest provider of realtime captioning services. Our business may be captioning, but our passion is people.

Realtime Journey was founded because of people just like you. Daily we received calls from court reporters who were interested in captioning but weren’t sure if they could make the jump. And even if they could…how do they begin to prepare? We’ve heard from students who want a career in captioning, but have been told by companies that there’s no way they can go straight from school to captioning. We’ve heard from voicewriters who have spent hundreds and even thousands of dollars on training that promised to prepare them for a career, only to find they’re not even close to being ready.

The need was evident and we knew that we were uniquely qualified to meet that need. We’ve successfully trained over 100 realtime captioners and voicewriters. We know the skills that companies look for when hiring and we know what it takes to consistently deliver high quality realtime to industry customers. Most of all, we have a passion for people.
